Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Once an order is confirmed, we will not accept return or refund requests However, in case of damaged or missing product , we are more than happy to work with our team to find a solution that is fair to all parties.

  • Mango Delicious needs to be notified of damaged product within 1 days from delivery date via email to deliciousmango82@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp on our customer care number +91 9284868680

  • For vegetables and fruits, please contact us on the same day of delivery with appropriate images.

  • In the email or message , please mention order number, image of invoice, and clear images of the damaged products. Attaching a video while opening the product would help us even better to assess the damage.

  • We will be happy to re-send and replace the product promptly and we will notify you about the solution.

  • Email or message will be responded to within 24-48 hrs and full assistance will be provided thereafter.

  • There might be last minute changes depending on the harvesting of the vegetables and fruits , due to quality issues due to factors that are beyond our control such as weather conditions or natural pests.
